Shipping & Tracking
At DOKKA PAWTRAIT®, each piece is crafted in our studio in China: once it arrives in Australia, we conduct a quality check before dispatching via Australia Post from our Sydney or Melbourne studio. After dispatch, you will receive an AusPost tracking number and link so you can follow your parcel in real time.
Order Confirmation and Production
We will confirm your order within 3 business days. If no changes are required, once production begins your product will be dispatched within 7 business days. If an artwork proof, preview, or revisions are requested, the timeline may extend.
Notes: custom items require illustration and digitizing. Public holidays and peak periods may extend timelines.
Delivery Method
All orders ship via Australia Post. Tracking details are sent by email or SMS after dispatch. You may also track directly on the AusPost website using your tracking number.

Shipping Rates and Thresholds
- Orders A$100+: free standard shipping
- Orders under A$100: A$10 flat rate for standard
- Orders A$200+: free express shipping
- Orders under A$200: A$10 flat rate for express

- Standard: approximately 30 business days after dispatch
- Express: approximately 10 business days after dispatch

Please provide complete and accurate delivery details: full name, street number, street, suburb, state, and postcode. For address changes or intercepts, contact the carrier promptly or reach out to us.

We are not liable for carrier-related delays or for loss or theft due to incorrect delivery information provided by the customer. We will do our utmost to assist with investigations and delivery outcomes.
Tracking Notifications
You will receive a shipping notification email with your tracking number. Tracking status typically activates while the parcel is in transit.
Care and Receipt
Please inspect your order on receipt. For transit damage or clear faults, contact us within 3 days with photos or video. Follow care guidance for garments: gentle cold wash inside out, line dry, cool iron on reverse, avoid high heat and harsh tumble cycles.
