· Pick color & size (see size chart, 2–3cm manual tolerance).

· Upload a clear front-facing pet photo (HD recommended).

· Choose your icon design (visible in cart/checkout for confirmation).

· Add custom text (embroidered on sleeve & below photo).

· Select packaging (eco-friendly packaging by default).

Add to Cart & Checkout

· Review your customized product in cart → Proceed to checkout.

· Enter discount code if available.

· Pay via Apple Pay or credit card (GST included).

Order Confirmation & Proof

· You’ll receive a confirmation email with order number.

· Within 3 business days, we’ll send you a design proof for approval before production.

Production & Delivery

· Embroidery & production: 7–10 days.

· Shipping: 7–10 days (depending on location).

· Total timeline: 18–20 days.

· A tracking number will be provided once shipped.
