If an order is cancelled before production, any payment will be reversed in accordance with our Terms of Sale.
Fraud prevention and verification: to protect our customers and business, we may use identity, payment, and address verification measures and automated fraud screening provided by our e-commerce platform and payment gateways. Orders flagged as high risk may be delayed, cancelled, or refunded.
Data retention for disputes and compliance: order, transaction, and design records may be retained for the period reasonably required to manage chargebacks, returns, tax, audit, and legal obligations, after which they will be deleted or de-identified.
