Payment Methods

Checkout at DOKKA PAWTRAIT® is powered by Shopify with secure, PCI-compliant processing. The following payment methods are accepted for orders billed in AUD.

Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB and Discover where supported. Notes: some card issuers may require 3D Secure verification; please follow on-screen prompts.

Digital wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay.

Security and privacy: payments are processed via Shopify and integrated gateways that meet PCI DSS standards; we do not store full card numbers on our servers; all transmissions are protected by HTTPS encryption; high-risk orders may be subject to additional fraud screening.

Currency, GST and receipts: checkout currency is AUD; prices include GST or show applicable GST at checkout; an email receipt with your order number is issued automatically after purchase.

Using a discount code: enter your code in the “Discount code” field at cart or checkout and apply; some promotions cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

Payment help: if a payment fails, check card limits and complete any 3D Secure prompts or try another method; if a wallet option is unavailable, confirm device and browser support and regional availability.
