Step-by-Step Guide to Placing an Order

Scan the QR code or visit our homepage

Explore featured items or go to Collections, then open a product page for colours, sizes, and details.

2) Customise your order

Colour and size: choose your preferred colour and consult the size chart; manual tolerance is 2–3 cm.

Upload photo: clear, front-facing, high-resolution image of your pet, bright and sharp.

Photo tips: avoid heavy shadows, blur, backlight, strong filters, or extreme crops; we will contact you if a replacement is needed, you can check out our photo guide for reference.

Icon design: select your favourite icon; your choice appears again in cart and checkout for confirmation.

Personal text:this is optional text that can be placed on the sleeve and belowh the photo.

Packaging: If you don't choose packaging, we will select eco-friendly packaging is selected by default.

3) Add to cart and checkout

Review your customised details in the cart, then proceed to checkout.

Apply any discount code if available.

Pay securely with Apple Pay or credit card; GST shown at checkout.

4) Order confirmation and preview

Order confirmation: within 3 business days you will receive a confirmation email with your order number.

Free first preview: currently, your first design preview is free.

Approval window: you have 3 days to approve the preview or request adjustments.

No response: if we do not receive a reply within 3 days, we will proceed to production using the preview provided.

Note: the first free review is a limited-time offer. Revisions may extend timelines and an extra cost will apply for a second review. Please reply promptly to keep your place in the queue.

5) Production and delivery

Production and dispatch: once your preview is approved (or the 3-day window elapses without response), your order is dispatched within 7 business days.

6) Shipping times after dispatch:

Express: 7–12 business days depending on location (metro areas may receive sooner).

Standard: approximately 30 business days.

Tracking: a tracking number and link are provided as soon as your order ships.

Notes

We strive to deliver on time; public holidays, peak seasons, weather, or carrier conditions may extend timelines.

If your photo does not meet embroidery requirements, we will request an alternative to ensure the best result.

If you are purchasing for a holiday or birthday gift, please allow 21 days to avoid delays.
