At DokkaPawtrait™, we’re committed to transparency, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction. Because our products are made-to-order and highly personalised, we kindly ask you to review the following notices before completing your purchase.

1. Handmade Embroidery Disclaimer

Each item is custom-embroidered using handcrafted or semi-handcrafted methods. As a result:

Slight differences in thread colour, stitch direction, or fur detail may occur.

These variations are a normal part of the custom embroidery process, not defects

Your product is one-of-a-kind, with its own artisanal charm

2. Customer Photo Responsibility

We create your design based strictly on the photo you provide. Our team does not:

Retouch faces or adjust pet poses

Correct blurry or poorly lit photos

Please ensure your uploaded image is high resolution and well-lit. Fully shows your pet’s face, unobstructed. Not filtered, backlit, cropped, or distorted. Poor-quality photos may result in subpar embroidery — we are not responsible for unsatisfactory results caused by unsuitable images.

3. Sizing Notice

All size charts are for reference only and based on international standard garment measurements

A ±1–2 cm variance is possible due to manual measurement and garment shrinkage

Returns due to sizing issues are not accepted, so please choose carefully

If you are unsure, contact us before purchasing for additional fit advice

4. Artistic Interpretation

Our designs are artistic renderings, not photographic replicas. Each embroidery portrait:

Is based on linework, simplification, and texture translation

Captures the spirit and likeness of your pet, not exact realism

May differ slightly from screen previews due to stitching limitations
